Mine would be Undun by The Roots. The first time I listened, knowing the story, I could not stop hysterically crying. Even now, certain songs like "Make My" come up in shuffle and make me teary eyed.
Other contenders would be "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" by Kanye and any album by Bon Iver.
