notice the jets on the right, they will spray horizontally to keep in the heat

This looks like such a frivolous waste of water.

If I lived somewhere hot and tropical, then yes.

Here? No thank you -- it will be cold and drafty in the winter.

Yes, this is a totally impartible idea that only has aesthetics going for it (and maybe not even that).

Not that it should matter, but someday when you sell the house you will have to put a door in.

We have one and we love it. I was afraid I'd get cold because I get cold easily, but it hasn't been a problem. Maybe it's the way ours is shaped? Ours is pretty enclosed and there's just a small opening. I absolutely LOVE not having to clean a glass door or squeegee it ever day.

+1 I like the steam to build up in the enclosed shower during the winter.

+1 Love the look but went with frameless because of drafts.
There are ways to get a more elegant look with frameless if that's the route you need to go. We added extra height to ours so that the visual wasn't chopped.

I like the look, but I freeze. Put up a shower curtain, which I hate, to keep out the draft.

I don't know if it's a thing or not, but I love ours.

We have an shower that's enclosed on 3 sides and had a glass door. The door broke last year and I never replaced it because I love it the way it is now. It's big enough that no water comes out.

We're going to get our master bathroom remodeled. I like the idea of an "open", meaning literally open, no glass shower. There is plenty of room. Is this weird? I like the look.. but don't know if I'm crazy?
