Even though it has been said before, just keep the poor child at home tomorrow. You will not be doing anyone any favors when the other children in his daycare room get sick and the care givers too. Be sensible, please!

Op here. Sorry I should have mention he's fever free since Saturday night. He's not been fussy today. He's only refused to eat and cried when he coughed.
I've been in contact with with the oncall doctor and have been monitoring wet diapers. Somehow he's been peeing.

I'd take him to the doctor tomorrow. Sometimes kids vomit when they have strep. I'd also be worried about dehydration.

Would you stay home or take your 8 month old to daycare with the following scenario:
Fever Friday evening to Saturday night. Projectile vomiting both of those nights. Sunday morning he woke up without a fever, but just refuses to eat. I think his throat irritates him because he cries when he coughs.
My only concern of taking him is that he only drank milk at 10 am and 8 pm today. I take it that he's still not well for that reason. I will obviously call his doctor in the morning, but wwyd?
