I got the paraguard 3 years ago after my second kid. I also got it bc it's non-hormonal. I have regrets I didn't get Mirena because I started getting more PMS symptoms and also started breaking out and the hormones would have been wonderful to even that out. Now I'm taking BC pills on top of the IUD! Kind of annoying. Just FYI.. I used to have mild symptoms but your body changes over time so you just never know.
