Beware of PB's quality on chandeliers. I bought a lovely one recently and it was so cheaply made it never hung straight. Looked pretty, but felt like junk. I returned it and went with Visual Comfort.

I love this one, OP. So what if it is "safe!" I HATE the first one you posted. A piece can be unique without looking weird and ugly.

I don't love the bp one but I do like the kings lane one.

I like them both, but they are very different styles so not sure how they work in the same room?
For the first one, I would put that in a simply designed neutral room to "pop" and even glam up a rustic barn table with a soft rug and upholstered chairs mixed in.

Have you looked at Lighting Direct? Online. They had a really nice selection at lower prices than west elm, pottery barn , aurhaus, restoration hardware, Kings Lane, etc and very similar product. We were very pleased with ours after looking at the above stores as well

love the first one -unique, the second one is safe and a little boring. You can google the light size for the dining room size. That may help you determine if it will be ok in the room.

but if the first one will work for you, mine probably won't!

It's not western, it's artisanal and looks good with clean mission lines. Your eye is off.

+1 Might or might not work depending on the other furnishings.

The chandelier part is cute, but the chains holding it up look cheap. But - overall, I would think a good size for your dining room.

No bad but big. They make a round version. Not my taste. You can get a lot more for that price.
