That was the third book. The third movie is seemingly only extremely loosely based on the book.

Wait, it's daniel's baby, but he's not in the movie? I guess they are changing the storyline?

Hopefully she'll smoke and drink her way through the pregnancy, wear inappropriate minis that bare her ridiculously huge belly, and suddenly give birth while trapped in an elevator with both Darcy and the father. As she bleeds out and exhales her final breath through those pursed, hyper-inflated lips, the mens' eyes will meet over baby Bridget, and there you have the beginning of the next Bridget Jones movie.

I love the first one, but the second one made me cringe. Not going to watch the third one.

I think I am one of the few people who don't like the first one. Renee is so unwatchable to me and was totally miscast. This, however, takes my dislike to a whole new level.
