PP here. Actually, that would be ok. Your employer's own handbook (in the short form handed out at your orientation and online) clearly indicates the following:
"...in those instances where an employee deems the use of DCUM necessary for obtaining information that will reduce stress and increase productivity by assuaging their greatest fears about cheating spouses, under achieving children and boorish behavior at Starbucks, such use will be considered protected under the company's wellness program for up to 30 minutes per day."
