My understanding is UK colleges are definitely less expensive and some European colleges are "free" even to non-citizens.

Some German colleges are free and they provide very good STEM education.

I detect an anglo bias in them-there rankings.

Global rankings at least provide information on good college options outside of US which may be less expensive than US colleges.

My understanding is UK colleges are definitely less expensive and some European colleges are "free" even to non-citizens.
