Fresh market is not actually all that "fresh" in their prepared foods Dept. Love shopping the rest of the store but they do NOT use good quality ingredients in deli , bakery. Lots of standard additives preservatives just like you see at Safeway or somewhere.

Whole foods is definitely better.

I've also gotten good catered thanksgiving from dean and deluca, Windows, and society fair .

Georgia Brown's will provide your dinner. BlackSalt also offers this service.

Do you live in DC? Wagshal's is an old favorite:

I love it just for drop-in lunch foods, soups and cake, too!

Whole Foods had a great catered Thanksgiving meal with vegetarian and vegan options. You have to pick it up. We've been impressed with the food and value.

We are hosting 18 people for Thanksgiving. I am not a cook, but we wanted everyone to come to our place because we just moved to a new house.

Any good catering places that aren't overly expensive? Mostly vegetarian food?
