Scotland has a lot too-- Edinburgh, Stirling, Doune (with an audio tour by Monty Python about the filming of the Holy Grail there), Urquhart (on the shore of Loch Ness), Balmoral, and a bunch more.

Some of it depends on what you mean by "castle"-- do you care if it's in ruins or not, or has fortifications (vs being more like a very large house with decorative touches).
