Why so negative? I’ve been here longer than that and I would respond if it were my post. Other people can chime in with their experience as well.

Gall Bladder is on the RIGHT and any pain is presented there, not on the. LEFT which is where the pancreas is.

Did they try prescribing sucralfate for a few days just to see if it could be an ulcer?
I had issues like this, did so many tests and imaging. One doc at the very last second prescribed Carafate (brand name of sucralfate), and after trying it for a month or two, I never had the problem again. (I did after a year, during a stressful week, then just temporarily took the meds again.)
I’m grateful to that doc for “throwing” that at the problem. Next up was an endoscopy. It’s a riskless med, very gentle, has been around a long time.

Consider the possibility of gastroparesis. This usually causes nausea/vomiting but not always. Slow digestion as a result of this can cause high blood pressure. GERD type symptoms and abdominal pain are common. Recommended diet to relieve symptoms is bland, bland, bland--low fat and low fiber.
GP is an often overlooked cause of symptoms like this, but it is easily diagnosed with a gastric emptying test. Can come with diabetes, a few autoimmune diseases, and about a third for unknown reasons, but often follows an infection, usually viral.

I'd go back to the same GI doc first. The treatment alleviated some of the symptoms -- that's valuable information.

Heartburn, upper left abdominal pain, headaches and noticeably increased blood pressure after eating most foods (can only handle extremely bland food without discomfort/pain - plain potatoes are okay, plain baked chicken is not). GP referred to a gastroenterologist who diagnosed acid reflux. Acid reflux medication helps with the heart burn, but does nothing for the other symptoms. GP just says to keep taking the acid reflux meds, and seems to think the rest is all in the patient's head. Obviously a new GP is in order, but what kind of specialist would you see next to try to figure out what's going on?
