Remember garages are considered accessory buildings and how far off they can be from the center of the alley matters.

I think I've seen posted here the % of your lot you're allowed to occupy in DC. Google is failing me. Help?

We currently have a porch that probably counts towards that. Thinking about putting in a garage, but maybe not at the expense of a porch.

Thoughts?
