Kohler. We have had ours for 7 years. Couple weeks ago it started to leak. Called them up and they sent us a new one for free. Lifetime warranty.

We spent more than that (a little over 300) to get one that was solid stainless steel. Zero lead, meets the new California and Vermont no-lead standards.
Most faucets are made out of brass and are then coated with a finish. There's a very small amount of lead in the alloy. Some meet the current "low lead" standards, but not zero lead. Cheaper "no lead" options have parts made out of plastic instead of metal.

If you go this way, it limits your choices. The major manufacturers/big box stores aren't going to have it.
We picked ours from www.bluebath.com.

We need a new kitchen faucet - hoping to spend under $200. What do you have and why do you love it??
