I'm only a half size different, and with the size they are, it's not noticeable even without a bra (not that I can do anything without pain if I'm not wearing a bra). With that said, I was almost 2 sizes different at 13, and it was very noticeable. Now, my issue is the difference in shape...

OP here. Dd is about an B on one side and a solid C on the other. We went bra shopping and she ended up with the "wear everywhere push-up bra" at PINK. They look absolutely even with her bra on.

If they are both growing, there is probably not an underlying medical issue. Most women have some sort of difference.

This is very very common. It's rare for a woman to have symmetrical breasts. Read up on it.

Get a bra for her that has a gel insert to even them out.

I think everyone has one slightly larger than the other.

Mine are drastically different, exacerbated by the fact that I have a concave chest on one side. I wear padded bras and high neck shirts so it doesn't show.

I think uneven breasts are the norm rather than the exception.

My breasts grew in very uneven - 2 cup sizes. They never evened out :-\

My 14 yo dd has very uneven breasts. There is a least a cup size difference. Is there any hope they will even out? Has anyone been through this?
