We've bought several over the years at Smith & Noble and been pleased. Decent quality, and when one roller shade started pulling out of the bar, they replaced it for free - i think it had been about a year, and they replaced no questions asked.

Try SelectBlinds. They are always having sales. Negative is that you have to measure yourself. However, if you pay extra they'll send someone out to measure for you.

For draperies, I was shocked at how nice some of the panels were at Pottery Barn.

I tried to go through Costco but the woman was impossible to get a hold of. Then when I called Costco to try to get them to assign me to a new person, I never heard back from them.

I've heard good things about JCP. We ended up going with Budget Blinds. They were very responsive.

We've been very happy with our jc penny cellular shades.

I have bought many sets of blinds from JC Penney through the years, mostly pleated and cellular shades. They have all been very sturdy and have lasted for years. It is helpful, too, that you can read the reviews from previous customers.

New homeowner here looking for affordable window treatment recommendations. Wondering if people have experience with Costco, Steve's Blinds or JCPenny? TIA!
