Big Bend. It's prime season is Nov-March.

Sequoia & Kings Canyon-- for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, etc. Yellowstone has limited parts open but VERY cold & snowy.
The ones in Hawaii are probably fine.

SNP is open as long as there isn't snow, but the lodges are closed thanksgiving through March.
