Drink more. The coffee made you pee a lot out.

Adding fresh lemon juice to water helps me. But yeah, drink more water.

What does the hot shower have to do with anything? Did you drink the shower water? If not, it has nothing to do with your consumption.

Four 8oz cups is only about half of what you're supposed to be drinking at best, and coffee contains caffeine which is dehydrating. Just drink more water.

Lol I drink 14 8oz glasses per day. You're dehydrated.

I find that water with a little apple juice, cider vinegar, or herbal tea in it quenches my thirst more than plain water when I get like that. Just a splash of flavor not enough to add any significant calories in the case of the juice.

Four 8 oz cups isn't that much.

Try something with electrolytes? Maybe coconut water?

Have you started a new medication lately that could be causing it?

I have had about four 8-ounce cups of water today but am so thirsty. I have also had 2 cups of coffee and a hot shower. I can't stand this feeling of being so incredibly thirsty though.

Please offer advice. Thank you.
