It could easily be perimenopause, but 39 is a bit young for it. I'd at least see your gyn and get checked out.

OP here. No, just a couple of times in the past few months - they suddenly were closer together. Now according to my app it has been 36 days. And I'm not feeling great.

Could this be perimenopause?

My period was 14 days apart and now is 36 days apart. I am also feeling really hot and dehydrated.
