I really hate how whenever someone posts a thread like this, some fool starts asking about organic diets, milk etc. There is no scientific evidence for this and you aren't smugly protecting your daughters from the horrors of menstruation by buying expensive beef.
OP, my dd hates pads and used tampons right away. You want to look for the brands that have "20% slimmer" or similar on the box. I think the one she likes is called something like "Tampax Pearl Active Lite". There are also "U by Kotex" which are designed for teenagers, but we haven't bought those since she liked the first ones.

To answer the question RE diet, she is allergic/intolerant to egg, dairy, and wheat. We've worked with nutritionists and her allergist and pediatrician to ensure the diet is balanced and she gets sufficient protein, calcium, etc.,. Her height and weight are at target for her age.
If anyone has any additional information or similar situations, I'm grateful for feedback.
TIA
How do they respond to the early onset? I'd see what they have to say...

Could you please provide some reputable scientific evidence for these assertions?
