My rowhouse basement is 700 sq feet, roughly divided by a often-closed door into two parts of 350 SF. I need to dehumidy down there. Given that the two areas are separate, do I need two separate dehumidifiers (each rated 350 or so)? Or would one machine rated 700 suffice?
