I'm an attorney and previously taught criminal law and procedure. I'm pretty sure I do. Do you? In the links above for the job applications, unless the kid lies, he'd have to say yes he had been charged with a crime.

The job applications don't ask whether a person has ever been charged with a crime. They ask whether a person has been convicted of a crime. And yes, I support banning this question from job applications.
