It's also working quite well for the Peshmerga. Some female Peshmerga units have gotten renown for being the fiercest anti-ISIS fighters out there.

It works for Israel, and according to conservatives, that's the best military around.

So if it's not working here, then we are doing something wrong.

Women will have valuable perspectives to offer on the battlefield and in the mess hall.

Easily fixed. They can set physical requirements for the combat positions. If the women can't make the grade, they don't get the job. If/when they do, then so be it.
