We are paying $5200 at Lazyboy for 23% partial leather, mostly fabric one. The quote for fabric 100% was $3600, leather was a whopping $13,000 for the exact item. As u can see it varies widely even with the same sectional, just different materials.

Check Costco. That is on the lower end.

It's definitely in the ballpark but it all depends on the brand, quality, and type of upholstery. If it's leather, you're not paying enough.

I have no frame of reference on this and we are about to pay $4600ish, plus another $900 for an upholstered ottoman. Is this crazy?
