I know some women--mostly black, but even a couple of white women at my gym--who have a similar body type to Serena--curvy and muscular. I don't think she's taking steroids because she doesn't seem to have anything other than a muscular frame that would suggest so--no hint if facial hair, acne, deeper voice, etc.

They have never had the same body type. Venus has always been long and lean, and Serena has always been curvy and muscular.

Not true. Serena has always been thicker and muscular than Venus.
