Kafe Leopold would be great for a girls Georgetown morning. fFB is fine but I think Leopolds better fits the vibe. Seasons has a great brunch but it is $$$.

Chez Billy Sud is lovely! Perfect for a nice lunch. It is small so not great for a large rowdy bridal shower, but perfect for a low-key one.

Cafe Divan is good. Also Bistro Lepic. Cafe Bonaparte is also good, if a bit cramped. All are a bit of a walk from the Four Seasons. Il Canale is good for Italian/pizza. It's closer to the hotel.
