During lunch, if you eat out, why don't you pick a restaurant thats about .5-1 mile away so you walk there, pick up your food, and walk back? If you bring lunch, you can just pick a nice walk and come back to eat at your desk.

I am not trying to lose weight. I am trying, and hoping to increase my stamina by starting a mild exercise first.
I am seriously under_exercise person (but not overweight. BMI is approx. 22) and just once a week yoga class just tires me all afternoon.

What would be a good starting routine? We have a gym at my office and I can take my lunch break to be on the cycling machine or trademil.
Eventually, I would love to level up to weight exercise but I don't think I am there yet.
