give a break from it. Let your body rest it goes through so much during the cycle... just enjoy rest time... if you will get positive you feel so much fatigue during early pregnancy

I've had docs say "no exercise," "no high impact exercise," and "exercise if it helps with stress, as long as you're feeling ok." I'm not an exercise maniac--I try to do about 1/2 hour 3-4 day per week, just to maintain a basic level of fitness. My sense is that being generally fit is a good thing....but that exercise can be harmful during certain parts of the various cycles. I just can't get clear answers on the best route.
