Subject: Clubhouse for tweens or teens?
A teen might, if there was electricity and wifi. I remember using a clubhouse when I was a young teen (40 years ago). Ours was out in the woods.
However, be aware that giving a teen privacy can have unintended consequences...grandkids.

Perfect for elementary aged and younger.
For older kids and teens I just have visions of a lot of inappropriate games occuring in there.

My friend had this. We got a neighbor's old couch, dragged it in there, and smoked weed all the time in that place.

And of course you may not want to know what teens would do out there. Best to keep them where they can be easily observed.

Probably not, but power could sadly make the difference. I could see you getting some milage out of it if it had an X box for instance (having to go outside to play might also limit the time they spent on it)

Posted on another forum, but didn't get any responses:
"Thinking about building a clubhouse with windows and door for yard. Our house is on the small side so the idea is that the kids would have an additional space to hang out outdoors. The dimensions are 10x7 ft and 7 ft high walls.
Children are young now, would a tween or even a teen still hang out in a clubhouse?"
