I would think any men's multivitamin would be fine. Does he eat enough calcium? If not, supplement with that, too.

I have been giving my 13 yr. old son a One a Day men's multivitamin supplement for the past year. The pediatrician said the gummy vitamins were like gummy candy. My son is very athletic and plays multiple sports and super lean. I want to make sure he gets enough nutrients.

I am looking for the best multivitamin for my 15 yr old son who is an athlete. Pls suggest one that doesn't contain iron.
