MCNeeds on Yahoo is good.

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but this site will have good resources:
https://www.understood.org/en

Every year, there's the Exceptional Schools Fair for SN schools in the area:
http://www.exceptionalschoolsfair.com/about-us.html

Many of the schools offer resources and lectures that are open to the general community which you may find useful.

My kid went through early intervention services and we got a newsletter for a while that was helpful.

I am in DC proper. Had similiar issues. This is a good resource for the area. Don't know of list serves. Should we start one?

OP, I was sort of you 3 years ago. (Mine is now 6.) I don't know of any specific listserve, although this anonymous forum is very nice for getting recommendations. If you have specific questions, post them here and I'll try to answer as best I can. You can also search this forum for lots and lots of great ideas and helpful insights.

OP here. Sensory issues, some issues with regulation of behavior. Maybe looking at a ADHD diagnosis in the future.

Hello-
I am a parent of a special needs 3 year old that has recently moved to the DC area (Bethesda.) I am looking to join list serves and parent groups that can help me navigate resources that can benefit my child. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
