I'm not really a voyeur, both friends told me and don't know about the other and it's interesting that both spouses are trying the same tactics.

The funniest is someone on the Montgomery County list at Fairfax underground off topics claiming they were framed. The spouse was listed 96 times with credit card useage over multiple years.

Mine has been bringing flowers and chocolate everyday. No tears yet though! I hope his car is comfy because that's where he's been sleeping!

No, I have not noticed that pattern. Mainly because I do not want to be a voyeur in someone else's humiliation and heartbreak.

I have 2 friends (don't know each other) and it is remarkable how similar their husbands are in trying to win back the wife. Here is the order of their actions:
1. Deny (my identity was stolen--not plausible in either case)
2. Blame You're crazy/ridiculous, how can you accuse me/mess up what we have together?
3. Declare love: you're the best thing that ever happened to me, I love you, you're my everything...
4. Talk of future: I was planning to take you on a trip/buy you a gift/our anniversary is coming
5. Make plans to change: let's go to a counselor/church
6. Admission of guilt and "I'm sooooo sorry." Tears etc.

Well one guy hasn't gotten to step 5 yet, but I'm pretty sure he will.

Anyone else notice this pattern?
