Funny, the Game's was one of my favorites. Pure west coast.

That was so terrible. Honestly, the only person that's really holding down that west coast, weed smoking, g-shit is YG and DJ Mustard.

Uh...Kendrick Lamar?

no - tries to be too lyrical in a new york mold. I think he's very overrated. He's not as good as top new york lyricists nor as much a guilty pleasure as straight gangster rappers.

I don't feel like smoking a huge blunt and cruising in a low-rider when I listen to Kendrick - and if a west coast artist doesn't make you feel like that...then they have failed.

Totally disagree. Only person in NY that is "currently" holding it down is maybe J Cole. Rap is in a very bad place. KL is a breath of fresh air. Lyrically, he reminds me of Pac. Maybe that's why I love him so much. I am from Compton so I could be biased but I feel like home when I listen to him. Beats, words, even his unknown artist features make me feel so Cali.

Saddened by his abuse to Michel'le. Will not support him, although I was a fan in the 90's.

No other reviews? Where are all you hardcore fans who couldn't wait to see the NWA movie?

Anyone else feel really disappointed about this album? 16 year wait for this? Granted I don't listen to much hiphop these days but I thought the album was utter trash. I wondered if it was because I just am not into rap anymore, so I decided to re-listen to The Chronic and 2001 albums, which I haven't done so in about 5+ years probably and I felt like they were as fresh as ever.

Dr. Dre, so disappointed in you.
