We are going with vinyl plank because it is warmer than tile and feels a little kinder to the feet. We also like the fact that it is easy to pop out and replace if there is water damage.

Any recommendations? What is the estimated difference in cost of installation per sq ft? The room is mainly used for playroom. We recently had a water problem and want to choose a material other than carpet.
