Last year I took the kids to and from school, with another parent, for nearly two weeks because the bus never showed and our route was somehow dropped. I "wrote" all major news outlets and another parent "leaked" that fact to the principal and the next day the kids had a bus and my friend and I weren't transporting 15 kids to and from school every day.
This was, of course, in addition to every parent, at least from our bus stop, calling every morning and every afternoon, asking where the bus was. Speaking to the same people at transportation, over and over again. The stupidest response was that they did reestablish the route but didn't add two stops and if the stop's not on the clipboard then it doesn't exist.

It's 6:10 and my kid is STILL on a bus home. This is infuriating.
