I don't find her particularly pretty, but I like her direct style. As for Barbara Mikulski, I very much disagree with her policies, I do not find her to be attractive, but I do find her quite likeable. I wouldn't vote for her because of her policies, but she is likeable.

I think Hillary is the epitome of fake. Pay attention to her smile--it is always ready for photos--that half open grin.

I don't care what she looks like - she has an ugly soul and hence why her policies are terrible.

She could look like bar rafaeli and i'd still feel the same

Your position seems to have "evolved". You originally stated that Fiorina is "Too ugly to be president". Now you say her looks would be a "small" factor. Your dataset of one anecdote is not persuasive. I would suggest that Barbara Mikulski has won very few beauty contests, but she has routinely won elections. While many factors, including physical appearance, can impact elections, beauty is rarely decisive. It is far from Fiorina's primary obstacle. Mitt Romney had perfect hair and far more qualifications than Florina. Where did that get him?

I just watched her interview, too. I'm a D, and barely know anything about her except the HP stuff, the failed runs, etc, but I don't know much about her policies.

After watching the interview I know even less, except she doesn't seem very bright on science issues (the whole build more dams exchange).

Anyway, one thing I did notice, in the close confines of the TV interview, was that her teeth are not good. Now, of course I would not vote based on the candidate's teeth. But I'm surprised she's never gotten them fixed.

I think it's naive to think that looks is not a factor for male politicians as well. Maybe not to the same degree as for females, but it's still a factor. Case in point is Christie fat jokes.
