I stay up quite late working, but on days when I don't work, not in bed by 9. That's not late.

Most parents with small children do stay up late, not that after 9pm is late to adults. Lots of stuff needs to get done after the kids go to bed.

Everybody at my house is in bed. Children's Hospital just called my house with an automated service to remind us of an appt for next week. Seriously, you think it's okay to call when even when telemarketers can't? You think parents of small children routinely stay up late? Rant over. I'm just kind of boggled by how stupid this is.
