Yes, as other have said, it can be included. Also, in case you haven't use the transportation yet, they have been awesome with my son. I was super nervous and they have called when the bus is late etc. Really really nice people!!

Mo Co provides door to door transportation for all children with IEPs. Pick up at your home (not bus stop), drop off at school in the morning into the care of an employee. In the afternoon, drop off can be at day care, after care, sitter. It is all included in the IEP.

Yes. Transportation can be included in his IEP. You should contact your coordinator/case manager.

My son will attend our local middle school in the fall. He has an intellectual disability and cannot walk to school independently. We live too close to the middle school to get a regular school bus. I'm okay with driving him, but does anyone know if we can get transportation included in his IEP?
