I did this in Business, though I'm not sure an Economy seat would have made the trip any different.

If you fly in a premium cabin the flight attendants should be refilling the bottled water they give you.
Totally uncalled for response. I'm sure she doesn't fill her bottle in the WC. I carry a bottle too if I remember & just ask the attendant to fill it. It's waaaay more convenient than calling the attendant every 30 min or getting up all the time - no matter what cabin you're in.
