Maybe if you need to “bear down” so hard to push out a fart that you pee yourself, you should do it on the toilet next time.
But I think a bit of pee coming out when you laugh hard or jump is normal after 3 kids.

Do not worry about it!
Apparently it happens to women a lot! Because we are more connected down there than boys, when we fart, sometimes, it travels through ending up pushing out urine.
If worried speak to a dr because it’s unusual for a lot of urine to come out.

Yes. I have a uterine fibroid that grows a bit around ovulation, it makes bladder leakage a little more common

I'm 45. Two kids, youngest 7. It happens upon occasion. I don't worry about it. It's part of growing old. Buy Depends stock.
