So you'd do that on a Wednesday instead of a Saturday, what's the big deal? But I'd have a talk with the kid first. "A migraine is something you'll get over in a few hours. Sure you want to throw away four more days of vacation for pain that'll hurt for only a few hours?"
The big deal is the hundreds (if not more) of dollars it would cost to change the flight.
