Not pretty but works pretty well..

Start at where you suspect the leak is then go outward. And you'll need one of those rollers to apply and get bubbles out

I have a rowhouse in Capitol Hill, and my skylight leaks in heavy rain. I've tried adding tar and caulk on it and around it with no luck. Does anyone have any recommendations on who would be best for this repair? I'm not sure if I should be looking for a window person or a roofer. Both general guidance and specific recommendations would be helpful.
