You have to be a World Bank employee to be eligible. Beyond that, there is a waiting list.

School for Friends at 22nd and Q has an on-site outdoor playground. Not huge, but thoughtfully done.

If you work at the World Bank, they have one. Otherwise, no, not as far as I know.
