That being said, we have not let it slow us down and just carry a supply of bars and gluten free snacks just in case, plus there are lots of naturally gluten free items available everywhere such as fruit, vegetables, nuts, meats. More and more restaurants understand how to accommodate and you can usually tell in a few minutes of conversation which ones get it and which ones don't. the FindMe Gluten Free app has been a great resource on our travels.
