Could be FODMAPS rather than gluten.


OP here- I am really starting to wondering this myself.


If it were OP would also have issues with beans, fruit and dairy.

I pretty much only snack on popcorn now that I'm doing WW. The Skinny Pop 100 calorie bags are 3 points, or you can air pop your own for 2 points for 3 cups.

Chicken + cukes
eggs + cherry tomatoes
Almonds + apple

etc....

I am doing weight watchers and am also GF. Are there snacks that I can use to fill me up that aren't too high in points? There's only so much quinoa and beans I can eat.
