I have known lots of people who lost weight on Atkins. But yep, EVERY SINGLE one gained the weight back, and often some additional.
It blows my mind that people think eating a ridiculous amount of meat and dairy is better for them, than plants (carbs). The healthiest, leanest cultures on the planet eat minimal meat/dairy, and loads of carbs (including lots of rice).
