Don't say anything. We don't share information with siblings about diagnoses, maybe that's true for your family too.

It's possible your nephew has a diagnosis and is getting therapies. Some parents share this kind of information freely, but some only disclose to medical professionals, or not at all.

Like the pp said, don't say a thing unless you are asked for your opinion. I think we have all come across kids who appear to have ASD. It's not my place or yours to say that something should be done. They are who they are.

Just returned from a week away with my spouse's family. I am pretty sure our nephew (spouse's brother's son) is on the autism spectrum. I am an educator and am familiar with autism but not an expert.
He goes to a small private school which doesn't have the resources to screen for this. The parents have never said anything but it is pretty obvious to my spouse (also an educator) and me.
Do we/I mention something to spouses brother or leave it alone?
