Who exactly is this woman...?

Could she be an elderly lady or someone who weighs in at 400 lbs? Just kidding...Sort of.

If she really concerns you OP, you can always ask him if you can join them for lunch sometime. That way you can see what she looks like, whether you have some competition here + most importantly, how well they interact w/each other.

I would only worry if he starts to talk to her outside of work. My husband cheated on me and looking back the signs were clear as day. He was texting all the time and suddenly had to work late.

That would bother me too. Dh had a female friend at work that he'd go to lunch with and a rumor started around the office that there was something going on so he backed off.

NP. Stuff happens. I've had affairs with three female work friends at various jobs. My DW had an affair too, so it balanced out--somewhat.

If you trust him then go about your life with your head held high, do not engage in jealousy or worry about this. There will always be women who are prettier than you and make your husband laugh but YOU are the one he married.

DW has male work "friends" that she'll talk about this way. Humorous stories, that sort of thing. Please don't make too much out of it unless he gives you a particular reason to.

I'm a female coworker to a lot of guys. I am very careful with my interaction because my DH gets jealous easily. But what you described is very normal. I wouldn't think to much about it or track it. Just treat your husband how you would like to be treated and make sure you have good communication with each other.

ensure what? that he develops a crush on her? or that you become more jealous. the former you can't control. the latter you can, by being reasonable and honest.
