OP here. Congrats! Still no period for me. I took a test again at 10 days late and still negative yet no period

Yep. The month I got pregnant, I ovulated after my period should have come based on average cycle length. I was charting, so I knew I hadn't ovulated yet, but just in case I started taking pregnancy tests every single morning (and wasted a lot of money).

A negative pregnancy test when you don't know when you ovulated means almost nothing.

I'd wait until you're a week late, retest, and if it's negative, call your doctor to do a blood test.

This happened to me when I was TTC my first (who is now 7 years old). I was sure I was pregnant - cramping, tired, nausea and late period - but negative test. I made an appointment with my doctor and he did an ultrasound in his office and concluded it was a corpus luteum cyst. Usually there's no other symptom beyond a delayed period, but sometimes, because these cysts continue to produce progesterone, they can simulate pregnancy symptoms. If that's what you have, you can just wait until you get your period naturally. Chances are you'll go back to your normal cycle the following month. But at the time, when I called the doctor and explained my symptoms and negative pregnancy test, the reason they wanted me to come in was to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. So it may not be a bad idea for you to call your doctor.

My period is 5 days late. I took 2 test, one the day i was supposed to get my period and the other today, 5 days late. Both using two different brands, first morning urine and both negative. My period comes exactly the 18th. Ever since i was supposed to get my period i have been having cramping, headaches, lower back pain and physically tired. What could be going on? Safe to say im not pregnant? When do i begin to worry about a missed period?
