Yes, life is filled with random cruelties. But let's be honest, when someone dies young, it hurts hurts hurts. There's so much they didn't get to do and be. I'm sorry OP.

Me too PP. I'm the PP above. Mine would only be 38, and for some reason it makes me really desperadoes to think that when my brother would be 60 I'll still miss him just as much. It hasn't waned so far though, so I don't know why it would be any different.


I'm the other PP I actually miss my brother more now than I did before. It's bc my father, who was also a wonderful man, died 3 years ago. I really think my brother would have been the head of the family now, holding us all together. Relations between me and my sister are strained and everyday I wish we had my brother with us to look out for us.

I agree. My brother died at 24, but my mean grandmother lasted until 97. I'm sorry for your loss OP.
