I do believe in them. My dad told
Me that the night before his dad died (in 1959, I believe), my dad was in bed trying to go to sleep. I never really knew my dad to be a very religious person, so this kid of shocked me. He said that he heard a voice say "do not be afraid. I am an angel, and I'm here to tell you that your father will pass tomorrow, and you will become the man of the house". I get chills thinking about it now.
My dad was 11 at the time, and it did come true.
I asked him what the angel looked like, and he said "are you kidding? I was terrified, I didn't open my eyes!"

I have met people that believe they have seen angels...but they were also looking for them in order to justify their belief they exist. I had an experience once that could not be explained and the odds were great against it being a mere coincidence. Was the individual that appeared to aid me, not long after a desperate and fervent prayer, an angel? Might have been. Can I say for certain? Nope. But again...it was so out of the box and unexplainable as to what occurred it might have been.
